Ivan Pryakhin, owner of Move US LLC, Move US, and Move US Pro, charged with fraud, breach of contract, deceptive business practices. Supposed guaranteed moving price was increased by $500. Furthermore, $600 in reimbursement for damaged furniture and two months late delivery promised per referral to arbiter CSI, CSI Claims Service International was never received by me.
Case managers, at arbiter CSI, Claims Service International, proposed a settlement to Move US LLC, but the moving company refused to respond. Three months have passed since arbiter CSI presented settlement to Move US LLC. No response from moving company. CSI has informed me that Move US LLC is not responding to all of their settlement proposals for all other victims of the moving company. I am asking the State Attorney General to initiate a criminal case of fraud against this moving company, Move US LLC.
Three months have transpired and Move US LLC refuses to resolve the case. Ivan Pryakhin has instructed his workers to ignore all phone calls and email from CSI, the arbiter.
