  Description: Chris male, Jennifer female Caucasian  Pickup 4/14 Yousef (Arab) two Mexican males white regular truck with fake company name spray painted on the side. Yousef used my bathroom #2 without asking. I was told they would take packages to NJ warehouse to be placed on 18 wheeler. Drop off 4/22/23 Arab man “George” (by himself) tried to force me to pay a fine because he claimed he couldn’t drive the truck down the wide storage aisles. No response from brokers Chris or Jennifer. I was emotional and he said he would only deliver if I paid the Zelle fee.  I paid the $865/$2000 (forgot I already paid $1290 "hold" fee that should've web subtracted from the $2865) Zelle fee he started unloading my boxes and totes. All of them were tampered with and damaged (showing they had been in every closed container-I used clear tape) they used brown. Took pictures of damaged boxes and totes. He showed me the truck filled with piles of wrap material (with my stolen items buried under it) he had high piles of moving blankets claiming it was empty.    Destroyed-Ethan Allen Cherry Wood desk with drawstring drawer.  Destroyed Ethan Allen Sleigh Bed (water damage)  Destroyed Ethan Allen Armoire-broken middle wood center(it’s only two pieces).  All furniture missing screws and divots to put back together.  Missing Pier 1 Canopy two missing trunk for lower end.  Stolen: In blue  tote originally, immediately notice it was missing because it was covered in brown messed up plastic.  Black   Contained a locked black gun case containing a purple and black top portion firearm. Jammed. Registered to me and reported to PA/SC police as stolen by this company.  Contained 2 birth certificates, 1 Social security card and 3 death certificates. Nail drill gold, Wax Heater, 1 box of black skates size 10 (all missing sneakers and shoes size 10). Still have receipts. Container with pots and pans including several black skillets.  Box containing wall hangers for coats and keys FAMILY and Love.  Box containing blue bag with 9 pair of sneakers :lime green reeboks, black Nike purple streak, black sketchers, blue sketchers, purple sneakers, green puma  Nike sneakers, tan Nike sneakers, blue royal sneakers, white pink Nikes.  Stolen -2 blue moving bags contained over 30 pairs of jeans.  2 blue moving bags containing graphic tshirts, 2 blue moving bags containing sorority paraphernalia, 2 blue bags containing summer clothing most New York and company. 2 blue moving bags containing clear shelves for wall.  2 blue moving bags containing 15 pairs of knee boots, leather and elastic. I still have receipts for all the blue and black moving bags from Amazon. 2 black moving bags containing suit jackets and three suits. 2 black moving bags contain hoodies and sweaters. 2 black moving bags containing dresses (summer and lace dresses). 2 black moving bags with shorts and tights -New York and company). 2 black moving bags containing low sneakers and sandals-summer) . So many things are just gone.    Stolen Singer Sewing Machine  still has a receipt.  Stolen :packed in washing machine box: YSL black handbag inside of black cardboard box, brown Gucci purse, white Gucci purse, pearl Gucci belt, gold Gucci purse, black Gucci gold emblem purse, large Chanel summer bag, small chanel purse purple, small Chanel purse black, small Chanel purse green, black YSL leather belt, pearl 5 Chanel pin. Pearl circle Chanel pin, pearl collar sorority, watch large,  rhinestone CC Chanel pin. Aidah/Rasmiyyah sorority bags also taken which makes no sense at all.   Second packed dryer box damaged stolen bags: several have my initials RAG on tag leather COACH bags from the 15 years of birthdays. Blue, black, pink, yellow, green, blue fatigue, brown, tan, turquoise, red, white and paisley. COACH has electronic receipts.  I got these bags for work and during the pandemic packed them into box tightly. The box was damaged and nearly empty.    This company they claim to give money back but researched the info and it’s just as bad. Claim to fake company’s (non)credibility . Lost everything, they stole things even with my name on it, lower than dirt.
