 My sister and I moved here to Wesley Chapel because it was a nice neighborhood. The rent was also affordable. We lived at 5916 Lake Front Dr, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 for one year and we left a large deposit of $1200. We left the house super cleaned and the neighbors kept warning us not to because we are not getting our deposit back. We did the walk through and even the maintenance guy laughed and asked if anyone even lived here. He and Brooke told me I will most likely get about $1000 back. Months later I get $75.00 back they made up a pretend receipt they never wanted to provide and we had 14 days to dispute and by the time I revived the letter the time expired. Also they complain about every little thing and watch you closely if you have any visitors over. Not worth the headache. I wished I had looked them up soonier. Be careful if you plan living here don't expect a deposit back don't bother cleaning the house when you move out and expect annoying emails that you parked too close to the grass or side walk and your mailbox is dirty and you must clean it right away or they will bill you.
