I had my transmission flushed last week for just normal maintenance. Alex assured me that they had the CVT fluid and machine for the flush. But, after driving the car 30 miles it started stuttering. Alex had the car towed to his shop and said the technician found nothing wrong.

I picked it up and couldn’t drive the 13 miles back to my house from the shop without the car stopping. I called back and Alex said he’d speak to his technician and get back to me. That was Monday.

Now, it’s Thursday. I called the shop and Jay tells me Alex isn’t there. No one knows anything about my car being there and they aren’t responsible. But, the dealer says they have completely destroyed the CVT assembly because they didn’t use a machine that could get the transmission fluid to the right temperature and ensure the right amount of fluid was used at that temperature for the flush! 

My car is now non-driveable solely because I saw them on Groupon and decided to let them do routine maintenance on my 2015 Nissan Sentra!
