 Are you ready? Beware...I gave you a fair warning! This place prances around touting their "A+" "rating from the BBB. Shall we take a look at that? This is an excellent education for you and everyone eavesdropping here and do understand, your complaint about poor customer service is ONE OF MANY. The BBB is in the BUSINESS of selling their PHONY BALONEY "ratings" and "accreditations". Despite their DECEPTIVE NAME, the BBB is NOT...repeat NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. It is NOT a "bureau" like a real government agency. That's a DECEPTION. The BBB has absolutely, positively ZERO POWER to enforce any business laws and the BBB is NOT the business police. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and all their PHONY BALONEY is to SELL their FAKE "ratings" and their FAKE "accreditations" to ANY business willing to PAY THE PRICE. Everybody in business knows this! Would you want to be treated by a doctor who has a nice looking certificate hanging on the wall which was PAID FOR? Of course not! The BBB is a "Pay-For-Play" con-game and unlike their posted phrase, trust most certainly DOES NOT start at the BBB. Businesses BUY the rating and when there's a problem, they hide behind the smoke screen of their PURCHASED RATING. Look what happened here! You were treated poorly, there was poor workmanship and they were unresponsive. Hardly the mark of an "A+" business, right??? Spread the word everywhere you can. You were treated like garbage by a business supported by the BBB who sold them an "A+" phony baloney rating. If you are still not being treated satisfactory, get an attorney. DO NOT LAY DOWN ON THIS!
