In Short...Noely M, Diaa T, Yahaira M, and Mariela M, have prolonged the repair, or replacement of an item under warranty that was initally approved. It was established earlier by several in Tech Support the true issue, but no one in the Warranty Dept. wanted to address the 4 Faulty Cameras.. Their warehouse kept my NVR over two weeks just to tell me that nothing was wrong with it.

I Finally was told this Only After I kept emailing the Warranty Dept. Then Mariela N. ,Noely M, or someone from the warehouse sent me back a different NVR based upon the serial number underneath. In all...Two months have passed just to confirm the cameras are the issue, and it's obvious they prolonged the claim past the date of expiration to not honor it.
