Nini’s Nails The manager of the nail salon accused my daughter and her friend of skipping out without paying after taking $200 from my daughter and saying they only paid $90. Made them sit down cut their nails and kicked them out of the salon. The manager proceeded to go to social media and the news saying they didn’t pay her. Albuquerque New Mexico

My daughter (15) and her friend (16) went to this salon to get their nails done. After the nail tech was almost done she told them to pay because she thinks they are going to skip out without paying. My daughter told her she had money and pulled out $200. The manager grabbed the money out of her hand and told her she needed to tip the nail tech. My daughter asked how much for the total service for both with the tip. The manager then got upset and said since they don't have money for  a tip they need to sit down and she was going to cut the nails off. My daughter was confused and felt intimidated and did what was asked. The employees locked the doors and surrounded them yelling and proceeded to grab my daughters arm while pushing her. My daughter asked for her money back since she cut off the nails, thats when the manager told her to get out of the salon and wasn't giving her her money back and never gave her a receipt. The manager of the salon proceeded to take the issue to social media and the news says the girls ran out after only paying $90 which is not true. I called the salon and talked to the manager who was rude and unprofessional. I asked why she didn't call the cops or tell them to call their parents if they only gave her "$90" she said she wants them to get what they deserve and go to social media. I asked how much they owed to make it right she wouldn't tell me and she was going to the news and social media again to "expose me" It seemed like she only wanted attention from the public since her post got alot of reviews and it was never about the money. The manager and her followers have gone on social media every since harassing my family and lying about what happened with false accusations. It's disgusting how this business teats their younger clients and how they took advantage of two young girls.
