Nordic Gold Inc. Mike Hepworth Fraudulent reporting of reserves "pump and dumb scam"

I have known Mike Hepworth for a very long time as a friend and business associate and as part of this relationship I have invested in Nordic Gold with the faith in Mike for creating a company that would grow in value over the years by mining the reserves as indicated by third party reports that he commissoned. However since I was friends of some of the empolyees of this company who quit because they found out that Mike had paid money to the companies doing the third party gold reserve reports to fraudently give false information to boost the stock price.  These employees came to me in confidence and urged me to confront Mike to get him to reveal the truth that the reserves reported were false and that he should reveal this fact.  He refused to tell the truth to the shareholders of this company that the gold reserves indicated by these reports were fraudulent since he had a huge amount of shares and wanted to sell them before the facts became public.

People may remember the story of Bri-X gold scam, a Canadian company that reported false gold reserves in order pump up the value of the stock so they could sell all their shares then get out of the country leaving the investors with nothing.  I am afraid Nordic Gold is the same situation and I urge investors to beware of Mike Hepworth since he seems to be driven to enrich himself at the expense of his investors.
