Windeco Gold Scam

Lawyers of the SGK group based in Germany are currently gathering materials to bring the criminals behind the "Windeco Gold" stock scam to justice (https://sgk-ev.de/faelle-sgk/windeco-gold-anlagebetrug.html).

All evidence points to Dr. Norman Victor Meier being the mastermind behind the Windeco Gold scam and many other fraudulent enterprises connected to him. For over a decade Norman Meier has been involved in defrauding investors in his unlawful stock dealings. 

Windeco Gold (windecogold.com [not active anymore but accessible with web.archive.org]) presents itself with identical content to two other gold scams named Alpha Mining Inc. (alphamininginc.com [not active anymore]) and Discovery Gold (discoverygold.org former discovery-gold.com). 

Windeco Gold has been incorporated by Wayne (Alan) Grinnell (who also filed Texxon Oil Corp and Global Energy Group. More about that later) but Discovery Gold has been filed by Norman V.  Meier and Alpha Mining Inc. features Norman Meier’s phone number (347 470-0057), the one displayed on normanmeier.com (at the time of this writing the website isn’t active). Jules Fernandel Kengne Fotso‘s signature shows up on the Alpha Mining Inc. documents, who gets an extra mention in Norman Meier’s book "Money Raising Masterclass: Private Equity Business System" in the chapter: Special Thanks. All of this points to Norman Victor Meier pulling the strings of these operations. This also fits his MO of his past criminal activities with scams like Hemis, Aviara Mining and Condor Gold just to name a few. People are still getting defrauded with Condor Gold in Europe according to a Swiss consumer protection organization (https://www.kgeld.ch/artikel/artikeldetail/condor-schrottaktien-neue-masche-der-goldschwindler). Norman Meier gets explicitly mentioned in the article and was also featured in the same magazine in 2014 (https://www.kgeld.ch/artikel/artikeldetail/die-unendliche-suche-nach-dem-goldschatz).

Pegasus Development Inc., another venture of Norman Meier, has violated German law in 2021 and has been banned to sell their fraudulent stocks to investors (https://www.kanzlei-ebp.de/news/pegasus-development-gmbh-bafin-untersagt-vertrieb-der-aktien-pegasus-development-inc.html). 

Investors in the past were also duped by the Texxon Oil stock scam (http://92.205.132.224/projects.html) pushed by one of Meier’s many boiler room operations, in this case it was IFS Marketing ( ifsmarketing.org and ifs-invest.com , no longer active of course). Norman Meier’s phone number (347 470-0057) is displayed once again on the IFS Marketing website. IFS Marketing LTD along with Texxon Oil Ltd were established in the UK by Norman Victor Meier himself in 2017 and were dissolved a couple of years later. Canadian Mineral Resources run by Meier’s old friend Clive H. Massey, who helped out with the Tecton, Aviara Mining, Refco etc. scams, was also involved in the Texxon Oil fraud.   

Let’s return to Meier’s latest scams. Currently active are the following operations to swindle people out of their money: Discovery Gold (as mentioned above) and New Energy Systems Inc. (newenergysystems.org or nes.systems). Both websites feature generic information paired with stock photos and, as always, the address on the contact page leads to a mail service or virtual office.
