Northern Gateway Transportation Frank Castleman is the supposed owner Double Brokering / Holding freight hostage demanding payment LAVAL Texas

We gave this carrier a load on 9/10/2021, they were supposed to deliver 9/14/2021. when this date rolled around, we could never get a hold of the company or the supposed driver. After days of trying to reach them, we finally did and they coduln't tell us where the freight was. another couple of days went by and they now said that our credit ws bad and accounting team was demanding payment before they would deliver (this is the first time we have used this carrier, so that is false on the credit issue).

We offered to pay them via wire at the very moment they deliver, we just want to ensure the freight was ok and actually where they said it was. Frank the owner then kept calling us, screaming and cussing and threatening us and again demainding payment. They also didn't even have any company checks, they were all and written and blank. Turns out they gave our freight to another carrierwithout our knowledge and was going to not pay that carrier, but pocket our monet and keep the freight in a storage facility in Laredo.

We were able to find the carrier they gave it to and that carrier brought us the freight right away and we paid them direct. Northern Gateway has done this multiple times before and has reports on this very website alreday about him and his company.
