I ordered a game server from NFOServers.com for a game called PVKII, which they advertise as a supported game, and it is a game server I used in 2016 previously for a few months, and it worked back then just fine... however, I ordered a new server 3 years laters on August 9th, 2019 and from the beginning, it did not work.

The copy of the game they were using, was outdated, I had to open a support ticket. Then the game was updated, but wasn't displaying in the server browser, and when we managed to get it to display in the list, it was shortlived, sometimes only 5 minutes, at best a couple hours.





A game server is supposed to show up in the server list of the game it is for, that is not optional, it is part of what you pay for. I spoke with the developers of the game, and they confirmed the issue is with NFOServers.

I asked for a refund within the first 24 hours, and attempted to cancel the server, but they pressured me to troubleshoot more, ensuring me it would get fixed, but this poured over into a 2nd day, with no end in sight, and now the devs of the game are confirming NFOServer is the problem, while NFOServer blames the game. Well, its not the game, because there are 26 servers from OTHER providers, showing up in the server browser; the only one that is not showing up and having an issue, is the server with NFOServers.com.

So, I requested a refund and cancellation again, because the server isn't working as intended, I did not get what I paid for, and there is no end in sight , no solution. The agent gets an attitude, refuses to refund me, and also refuses to provide me additional support, because I am opening a dispute with Paypal, which I have every right to do. So, the server doesn't work properly, an agent is refusing support, and refusing a refund, so I've been forced to file reports with all the applicable agencies, and the grand total they are refusing to refund me, is $14.57. Really? Only 2 days into the 30 day period, and I have to fight for a refund? This is a terrible company.
