Nuevo H20 Rip off infomercials say citric acid like from lemons and limes no lies Spring Hill FL

They say easy to install but no had to break into the main water line and have a plumber.  They referred a company, he did not soak like he was suppose to so we had dark blue water comming out of our copper pipes could not take a shower of use water all night and into next morning.  Called said just run water a few minutes no did not work.  Did not find out till next day that he did not soak the cartridge.  We had a new hot watyer heater put in right before this we have very hard water limerock.  We told them that they never told us we had to do a water test 1st.  So next day seem to be softer and wash clothes softer, but then again we had a new hot water heater. When we ordered our new cartridge much sooner because the plumber had not soaked it ran out much faster.  We told them we could use our wash clothes as a freesbe.  The carttridge did not look the same and we told them that and it did  not work they said do water test and see if our water is too hard for the unit well no one ever told us to do that before we bougtht this.  The test came out ok for their unit but it was not working, our clothes smelled not clean, we had a grey film in toilet bowl, black in our toliet tank.  My chest was broken out rash and burning.  I said what could be worse then limerock in our water but never had this rash, I said have you had any complaints said only those who are allergic to corn I said what this is supposed to be from lemons and limes citric acid.  She said ck fac and ? i DID and no mention of being from corn, so after weeks of research found out that it is derived from Aspergillis mold what a nightmare, I have had bleeding sores on my arms chest, neck red dry peeling many sleepless nights finally told my husband to shut off the unit.  We have made numerouse calls and complaints they said they willo not refund the money lies, fraud take this company down.
