NW Parkway Tollroad billing fraud 3701 Northwest Parkway Broomfield, Colorado

this toll road is a scam.  they get vehicles on this road with temp plates or no plates and can't bill anyone so they just pick a company like mine and send out a bill for a trip that was from a vehicle that doesn't belong to me.  offering no proof or evidence.  they also will send out late bills, with late fees and penalties claiming they sent out a bill in a timely manner and they actually did not send out the bills.  when I confront them about never receiving the bills they claim that it is not required for me to recieve a bill to be charged for the late fees and penalties.  they also make excuses blaming a different company express toll for the mixup...and they also blame the us postal service for not getting me the bill in a timely manner.  regardless, this company is committing daily widespread billing fraud because once we have been scammed we, (no one) will not ever drive on their scam highway and they are desperate for money so they contrive fake bills to companies and threaten them with legal action if you don't pay them.
