I purchased this product from a eBay store, it is a RO system, advertise to deliver 1000 gallons of filtered water per day. After four months the product stopped working, Made several phone calls and emails, at first they promised to make good on their warranty (I have emails and phone logs to prove I have tried to contact them and get this made right) now they will not reply to emails or phone calls.
I just want my money back, or a replacement item, simple if they are a legitimate company why not just honor your warranty?
