Victor Michini is autistic. He was having chest pain and called 911 for an ambulance. The Ogden Utah police took him to the Weber County jail. Victor has been denied medical care. Now his family can't visit or talk to him. Victor Michini is missing from the Weber County jail. Did the police harm him?
