I called on 9/12/22 to Ohio Edison 800-633-4766 to end service in my name on 9/13/22. I spoke with Bryce from customer service and he stated that I could get a medical certificate signed by my physician, to help with the $2700 balance I will owe.

I stated to Bryce that I did not have a medical condition, and he stated, it doesn't matter, it could be for anyone in the house. I stated to Bryce that I was NOT GOING to have my physician LIE about a medical condition.  It is illegal and immoral.  I was then transferred to Nikki in the service department. 

I told her I needed the electric turned off in my name as of September 13, 2022. She stated she would note that service ends September 13, 2022 and I asked her if my son, WHO OWNS THE HOUSE can put it in his name, and nikki stated, yes as long as he calls before 6pm today, September 12, 2022.

My son, WHO OWNS THE HOUSE, called around 5:00pm to Ohio Edison 800-633-4766 and was transferred several times regarding starting electric at his address.  He and I spoke with Lauren, Keesha, Holly (Supervisor) and Jennifer (Manager ext 52265)  and ALL DENIED my son, the owner of the house, electricity service, until I paid my balance of $2700.

They DISCRIMINATED  against my son, bc he is associated with me.  So that means, anyone who is associated with this address or myself will be DENIED ELECTRICITY bc I owe a bill. My son and I are 2 different people, we have 2 different social security numbers, birth certificate, license number, YET JENNIFER at extension 52265, DENIED ELECTRICITY FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER, who has impeccable credit. 

She was laughing at my state of confusion and irritation, she stated several  times, SHE HAS ALL AUTHORITY OF ALLOWING OR DENYING.  Why does this person, have the POWER to DENY my son, WHO OWNS THE HOUSE, electricity. 

I stated to Bryce and Nikki to send me the total bill I owe and I would pay it off. Yet Keira, Holly and Jennifer ext 52265 (manager) all had the audacity to say, I WAS NOT PLANNING ON PAYING IT.  I am so upset, crying and my anxiety is through the roof, that these 3 would be so insensitive and feel the need to feel superior over me and  my son. I WILL BE contacting 

Consumer Affairs Public Service Commission 

State Reliability Commission 

Public Utility Commission 

Ohio Attorney General 

North American Electric Corp

Utility Regulatory Commission 

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. I will not stop until these employees and this utility company stop playing communist games with people's lives. I have also contacted my attorney,  who will be REPRESENTING me and others who OPTED OUT of the class action lawsuit in the HB6 Emmons vs FirstEnergy Corp case# CV 20 935557 that is currently in process, bc the settlement of $49 million dollars accounts to a measly $5.33 per customer.

I will fight this racism, illegal denial of service bc of my sons association with me and discrimination of DENIAL OF ELECTRIC SERVICE, per Keisha, Holly (Supervisor) and Jennifer (Manager ext 52265) on Monday, September 12, 2022. Disgusted by these representatives who state THEY HAVE ALL AUTHORITY to choose who has the "CREDIT" for the luxury of electricity.  Communism is alive and here.

 Dearest Robert, You seem to think I'm interested in what you think about me and my family. Your ASSumptions that my son is struggling to pay his house payment, when I said NOTHING to imply that, once again says who the real enemy of this country is.

Yes the lawsuit I'm referring to doesn't have anything to do with my situation of ILLEGALLY and UNETHICALLY DENYING my son electricity. But it does show FRAUD, CORRUPTION AND VIOLATION of RICO, and it centers on OVERCHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS bc of greed $$. But yet, since you viewed it, that part must have slipped your mind.

Typical DEMONcrat. Rules for thee but not for me. Dearest Robert, all knowing and all righteous, you must realize that the utilities company dont give free passes or extended extended extended shut off notices?? From your comment, I have been receiving shut off notices for months now, but I just came up with the whole old school scheme of transferring the electric into my sons name.

If I was as blessed to have 4 or 6 months leniency from the all mighty, ever generous electric company to postpone my shutoff, why would I be on here battling spawns of Soros and not kneeing before them for their generosity. Dearest Robert, your stupidity is showing!!

Address my concerns about giving ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS free gas, electric, food, education, medical care, housing etc, ON OUR TAX DOLLARS, then we can continue this battle. But you wont, bc your god does not ALLOW you to speak of the truth. My GOD requires me to bring light to darkness. And yes, I will be claiming racism as well as other nefarious acts against the electric company.

Why is it ok for the left to use it, but it's not ok for anyone who is NOT loyal or delusional to claim racism. My son is NOT a gay or transgender male. He is white, engaged and Christian. All the things your ilk desperately hates.

So with that said, seeing how you cherry picked through my last response to enlighten your ignorance and stupidity, I will make sure to PRAY for your soul today. Bc battling me here on this forum, is nothing COMPARED to standing in front of God on judgement day. Itll be here sooner than you realize. Gods mercy and blessings on you dearest Robert.

You talk about assumptions, and your assumptions were probably the funniest thing I have ever heard in a long time. But I do thank you for confirming just about everything I thought.

Your balance was only $1250 3 months ago...so I was correct, you are at least 4 months delinquent and likely more.

You didn't answer anything about your living arrangements or disconnect notices, but since you didn't deny it we can figure that one or both of you are still living in the house and likely only called them after you received a disconnect notice.

Saying when your son bought the house you knew the Democrats were going to tank the economy so you put the utilities in your name was a good story, but probably more revisionist history. If your son was going to be over his head by having the utilities, he was not in proper financial shape to purchase the house in the first place.

It also goes against your claims now. If your son was going to be in over his head when the economy was good. Having him taking over the payments when he is sturggling to pay on the house in this "tanked" economy doesn't seem like the best time to put them in his name. Yet, you seem to be in a rush to dump them onto him.

Oh, and I looked at that Class Action Lawsuit...it has NOTHING to do with your claims of denying you to transfer your service.  But you are all over the place.  I think you may be the first person to accuse people of being woke and racist at the same time.  

But go ahead and blame everyone else, perhaps if you repeat your claims to yourself enough times, you may actually start to believe them.

YOU speak about being screwed. LOOK IN THE MIRROR! They supplied you with power. YOU FAILED TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU USED, not one month but MANY months. Now you try to inject some stupid political garbage into what YOU caused.

This is absolutely hilarious and of course, the reason YOU failed to pay YOUR bill, it's somebody else's fault. Come on, give us some more laughs. It could be the reason YOU failed to pay your bill is the Tri-Lateral Commission or maybe the Council on Foreign Relations, right?

 It's sad that Robert and Little Johnny wasted their valuable time questioning my morals, ethics and responsibility INSTEAD of questioning Ohio Edison FirstEnergy Corp and their employees on morals, ethics and responsibility. The FACT that I posted their employees were pushing for me to get a medical certificate, even though I told Bryce several times, that I didn't have a medical issue, nor did anyone in my family.

Yet he kept bringing it up. Now most would likely let that situation slide right on by without even questioning WHY THE PUSH. Some might even cash in on the medical certificate to get out of said electric bill and/or balance. Hence why your finger pointing at my morals, ethics and responsibility for said "skipping out" is null, void and just plain stupid!

But after doing some RESEARCH, I discovered WHY he PUSHED for it. Even AFTER I told him I would not put my doctor nor my family, in a LYING and IMMORAL position. Researching really does the mind and body good, you 2 might get some well deserved insight and education for your ignorance. So Robert and Little Johnny, I'm probably wasting my time responding to your biased comments, I'll go out on a limb and say...

Instead of confronting the same people who are being screwed by all these monopolies, big chain grocery stores, educational institutions, gas companies, water and garbage companies etc, who are all in LOCKSTEP with decimating the middle class, maybe question why you would take the time to question my morals and ethics and NOT THE COMPANIES DOING THE REAL DAMAGE?!?

If these companies can give illegal immigrants free electricity, gas, water, phones, education, food on OUR tax dollars, maybe that's where your time, research and attention should be positioned.

Dearest Robert These questions and accusations you have negatively directed towards me, is what is WRONG WITH OUR COUNTRY. You must be a demoncrat, bc rules for THEE but not for me, exist in your world by your ASSumptions of me and my family. I DO NOT owe YOU, Robert, an explanation or answer to any of your questions regarding my personal life, but since I put my situation on this public forum, I will indulge.

My son was only 21 when he bought his house. So in helping him out, and not get in too much over his head, me and his father (yes Robert, he has 2 parents who are married and morally responsible in paying their bills), who put all the utilities in our name. Bc back when President Trump was in office and the state of our country was amazing, my 21 year old could afford a house, but knowing that the other side was scheming to DESTROY the middle class, we wanted to stay ahead of the possibility, my son wouldn't lose his house, bc of the economy that is our reality of today.

Now....IF YOU were really questioning my post and NOT my morals, I would go deeper into explanations, but obviously you only think as a leftist, you know rules for thee but not for me. In my original post, I supported WHY I was contacting these agencies, and also supplied the CASE # of the class action lawsuit against Ohio Edison and their fraud, corruption and violation of the RICO act. But then again, it shows how you just jump to conclusions, and didn't actually look up this pending case.

Some Attys are actually not just about money Robert, some are about TRUTH and FACTS, and I am BLESSED to have been given the opportunity to work with 2 that just want JUSTICE for the diminishing middle class. Lastly Robert, once again since you are living your best life without rising gas, food, utility prices, you obviously don't know that EVERYONES gas, water and electric are inflating faster than your ego.

My $2700 balance right now, was literally $1250 just 3 months ago. Hence my disgust and frustration with said company. Get your demonrats head out of the sand and wake up Robert. The politicians, govt and monopolies have NO LOYALTY TO YOU. I am fighting this fight for you and the others who REFUSE to wake up!!!!

Do you really think that you are original in your complaint and the first person who has tried to pass off a bill to someone else in the same house? Of course, you do, but then again based on your racism comment you probably see racism in a grain of sand as well.

- But I bet you have the same address, and that address(at least for you) will be the same after you transfer it out of your name.

Why if your son owns the house is the electricity in your name? Why are you trying to get it out of your name? The reason is so obvious, that it doesn't even need to be stated.

This didn't just start in a month, to hit a bill of $2700 you are likely at least 4 months, but perhaps as much as 12 months behind.  How many disconnection notices did they send you before you decided to call?

The "Just send me a bill" is a standard delaying tactic for people skipping out on their bills. As you already know what you owe, you obviously have access to a computer and could go online immediately to pay it.

You have an attorney and are going to sue them, yet you sending all of these agencies' complaints? I just hope that the attorney isn't charging you because if any scam is going on it may be that attorney. Which also has one wondering if you can pay an attorney, why not just pay the bill?

No PERIOD!! Just bc you see it as a way out in your warped mind, doesn't mean everyone is like you. That's what is wrong with this country, your way or no way. Hows your rising gas prices? Hows your taxpayers dollars being spent on PAID college tuition?

Hows YOUR increased electric charges? Hows your increased grocery bills? It might be the old switch-r-oo to YOU (little Johnny), but to a family of 5, who is barely able to put food on the table, bc of these monopolies GAUGING prices and following LOCKSTEP in line with the rest of the "UNIVERSAL playbook", sit down and be quick, unless you have something intelligent to bring to THIS TABLE!!!!
