Benson family medical center wrote a prescription for the wrong insulin pump. Omnipod stated they want me to be on the (Omnipod DASH® Insulin Management System) In which has blue pods, not the clear pods like the Benson pharmacy gave me because they didn't have the omnipod dash so they gave me the lower model just to fill that prescription.

Well when I was at the Benson family medical center omnipod showed me how to insert the pods the blue pods and how to fill them, which left me three pods after using the first one to show me how to insert it into my body. Each pod last 3 days so I had a remaining 9-day supply. but since they took the 10 from me which is a month supply they gave me a 12-day supply and now I'm without pods and I am going to die because I'm not going to shoot novolog every couple of minutes.

I would have to shoot up 60 times an hour x 24  that is 1,440 syringe stickings every day of the month because they did not give me enough pods and I am going to die because of this. This is to notify people that the medical system in Arizona and Benson Arizona do not care if a diabetic lives or dies. it's all about scamming the insurance for money for the greatest amount of money they can get and they don't care for diabetic if he dies, because they made a mistake on how many pods to give him to stay alive for the month.

They gave me 4 after taking the 10 that they gave me for the wrong pump. And they Billed my insurance 410 pods but only gave me 4 and Medicare has no clue that they're being scammed and my insurance will not cover anymore so the insurance company and the medical system both knowingly are killing a diabetic.

omnipod send me the omnipod dash FedEx before meeting them at Benson family medical center to be connected to the insulin pump they had sent me 10 pods with the wrong insulin pump in which they took back and they only gave me 4 - pods only lasts 3 days which is a 12-day supply and now I'm out of insulin pods and I cannot take my insulin and I am going to die and Benson medical center will not give me 3 pods because they took the 10 pods that my insurance was Billed for and they only gave me 4 Pods.

I do not have enough for a month's supply because they only gave me a 12-day supply and I have to teach them how to do simple math because there's 30 days in a month and sometimes 31 days and a 12-day supplie is not enough for 31 days and they will not give me them The 6- that they shorted me because my insurance will not cover them because they already paid for 10. but they took the 10 and only gave me 4.... so I'm going to die because of their negligence.
