Signed papers for RV purchase May 27 with promise to receive it within 2 weeks and someone would call us to set it up. No one called. Kept calling them and told someone name Brittany was handling our purchase and would call back. Never called. Kept being told she was not at work. Kept leaving her messages. Notheing. Finally days and days later, Ricky the guy in service said parts were ordered for the generator. Notified end of June it was ready. Next we were notified date changed because refrigerator not working. Next we were told it was taken apart,date at this time is July 6. Now we just want our money back and cancel deal. No one will respond and now this is end of month 2 dealing with rv we do not have. On top of that we are retired seniors and just want to travel but have to deal with all this

Why Did THEY Discover These Un-working Items???

You say you are seniors and you want to travel. You also stated THEY say the generator and refrigerator were not working. Why didn't YOU discover these things BEFORE you agreed to buy this thing? Did you even bother to check this thing out in person...OR...did you do something really stupid such as buying it sight unseen on line???
