OptimumRv Ocala Optimumrv Fraudulent, deceptive and lies ocala fl

First of I must say the sales person is not to blame for this review. he was only doing what was told. I was told the unit was ready and I needed to put a deposit. I am 4 hours away, therefore I placed the deposit. I then was told the next day they could not hold the rv and had to drive immediately to purchase the unit. I got on a bus and rushed over to find the rv was without battery and unable to move. I was stuck in Ocala for 2 days with no way back.

I was then told I could not examine the roof or determine if anything functioned since this unit was "safety unit" It was a liability for me to go on the roof. Driving home I noticed water pouring through the roof during a rain shower. The manager Andre has assured me he would make repairs and reimburse me for the expenses of my trip. however that was over a month ago. I've contacted my attorney. I believe this company has been fraudulent. There are more details to this story you can't imagine.
