OV Bicycle Shop Deborah and Leon and Staff They sold me a bike pump that I could not make work then lied about it when I went back for my store credit which they had promised. when they sold it to me Norfolk Virginia

Deborah told me that if the bicycle pump they sold me did not work on my bike that I could then get a store credit for it. When I bought it I specifically asked because I had bought other pumps at other stores that did not work. I found that I could not get their pump to work on my bike either.  I went back and he told me to push it down harder onto the connection on the tire, but he did not show me on my bike, because I did not have my bike at that time.  I went back a third time and Leon lied that he had shown me on my bike how to work it then they rudely shooed me out of the shop.  I went back again for a fourth time for my store credit and they lied and said she had not told me I could get a store credit.  Then they rudely shooed me out of the shop for the second time.
