Thank you for your report. I write in rebuttal because Pamela Alejandra Valdez's actual name is PAMELA ALEJANDRA GALAZ VALDES.  She also goes by, among others, Pamela Alejandra Galazvaldes, and Pam Montgomery.  Her known aliases are below listed in this post. 

Her website Pamela-Alejandra.com, is indeed a sham.  She purports to be an architect, international designer, model, writer, and educator, among other things.  The true facts are she has no educational degrees, she has no business licenses of any kind, nor does she have any history of ever having any professional or business license.  She purports be the director of Artstory, which is a Utah Corporation that she started, however, it is not only not in good standing in California where she does business (so she is not authorized to do business under that name in California), but also that Utah corporation's registration has long since expired -- i.e., that company no longer exists.  She set up the corporation as a non-profit, when in fact is was created by her, for her behalf, and for her own profit. 

Looking for scam free money under the guise that her art somehow creates a benefit for the community, she set up a gofundme page:  https://www.gofundme.com/f/pamelaalejandraart.  That gofundme page has been subsequently shut down by the Gofundme administration, but not before Pamela extracted over $1,200 from individuals for services she neither has the education, background, and/or license to provide.  With no legitmate company nor business license, she appears to be evading payment of taxes. She continues to use the website Pamela-Alejandra.com (which contains no reference to her phone number nor her address, keeping her shielded from being contacted by people, including creditors, or anyone else by any means other than email), and she continues to use the name of the defunct Nevada corporation Artstory.  Her website misleads with sections that interestinly contains the names of other people complete with their background, giving the appearance they have something to do with her website, apparently to lend to her and her website legitimacy.  However, upon closer inspection, the descriptions are written in third person (i.e., Pamela describing that person), and there is actually nothing showing that those persons have anything to do with her sham operation.  In fact, the author of this post called two of those people and confirmed they do not do business nor have anything to do with Pamela-Alejandra.com.  Much of the information provided on her social media outlets is also misleading.  For example, on her website that purports her to be an artist and designer, there is section with a picture that states "line art."  It is truly awesome picture, and based on the fact her website unquestionably is for the purposes of showing her as an artist and designer for hire, a reasonable person would belief that line art picture is one that she herself drew.  The true facts are that she did not draw it, the picture was drawn by someone else -- a real artist -- and there is in fact nothing on her website showing that she has any true skills in drawing line art.   She has purportedly written a children's book, but that book presently is "out of stock" on Amazon and on the websites of other Internet vendors, which raises the question, in light of the ripoff report from Hawaii, if the book actually exists.  The writing in the book, as well as the summary she wrote about it, uses improper grammar, improper sentence structure, and improper punctuation.  The summary could be reasonably described as sounding like it was written by some drugged-out hippy, but don't believe me, just look up "Let it Go Little Monkey" by Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdes DBA and read her description for yourself. 

Her criminal past in the United States, excluding Hawaii (which search the author of this post did undertake, but did not uncover because she has used a number of aliases, making discovery of of her public records more difficult).  For example, in Hawaii, she has gone by Pamela Alejandra Valdez, and Pamela Galaz. In fact an internet search recently conducted of her real name excluded hits for the ripoff report from Hawaii, because her name was spelled differently that her real name. Her criminal past, which is set forth further down in this post, is consistent with her pattern and course of conduct of ripping off other people.  To wit:  She has received summonses for driving on a suspended license, for failing to demonstrate financial responsibility (i.e., for not having insurance), for failing to register her vehicle, and for causing an accident, among others.  However, in nearly all the cases, when it came time to appear in court, she did not, was found guilty in abstensia, and then left the state.  She did this both in Virginia and in Utah.  This demonstates not only that she is an immigrant who has deliberately chosen to ignore the laws in the United States when they are not convenient for her, but also that she repeatedly refuses to take responsibility for her actions, and in doing so, has caused others financial damage.  That she repeatedly avoided appearing in court, even after a summons was issued for her apperance, gives the appearance, and offers further evidence that she may indeed have problems with Immigration, and perhaps thought she would be picked up when she appeared.  In fact, the author of this post did speak with a former decorated U.S. immigration officer and that was his belief.

She presently (in 2022) drives a 2005 Ford Focus, Vehicle Identification Number: 1FAHP34N55W275878, with an Arizona License Plate: DWA24C   (It should be noted that she has lived in California since at least January 2016, and, as she did in Virgina, has failed to register her vehicle in the state of its operation (now California).

Based upon the foregoing, Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdes (or whatever name she may go by) presents a history of someone who is clearly scammer who has caused others financial damage every place she has lived. She works hard to appear to others that she is a great artist and business person who is the guru of positive life change, but the true fact is it is all a sham and nothing more than a Potemkin Villiage -- a facade. She does not follow the law, runs away from accounting for her bad deeds, does not pay her debts, and does not take responsibility for her actions.  She should not be extended any form of unsecured credit or offered housing without a SUBSTANTIAL deposit upfront to cover any future non-payment of rent and eviction fees.  If the author of the post from Hawaii's allegations are true that she took someone's car, did not pay for it, and did not give it back, she should not be extended secured credit either.  She certainly should not be hired as a speaker or even be heard to discuss for "how to overcome anything," and "how to live the life you desire," when her modus operandi of living her life is mainly encompassed by developing and maintaining false and misleading websites, scamming others, avoiding just obligations, and ignoring not only the law, but also evading the consequences by moving out of state when she is caught. Simply stated, Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdez is a con artist and scammer whose fraud and deceit has caused many people substantial financial damage.   She should be avoided.
