His work is very poorly done. His receipts were inflated with other costs. He would return items to the stores and pocket the refunds. He inflated the cost of many projects then say I owed him more prior to finishing the already poorly done project.
He stole materials and made up lies about their whereabouts. He eventually stole over $80,000 in total, walked off the jobsite, never to return. He was seen driving a brand new truck afterwards. Unfortunately, we had to pay other people more money to complete and fix his previous "already paid for" projects. This guy is a complete scammer and con artist.

Steven McDonald who reported this is a liar, He stole over $200,000.00 from the investor working on the projects he mentions on this report. The house we did work on was finished and sold with profit, I have all documents to prove this case as well as I can provide address of projects and photos showing projects were completed per terms. After Steve walked away with over $200,000.00 of investor stolen money he started a pursuit against me and even his "Friend Investors" reached out to me to get projects done. I have all proves on writing, something he doesn't have.
