In 2020 I gave this man 170,000 as a down payment to recieve a loan for commercial real estate. Over the course of the last 3 years he has repeatedly switched companies and has held my down payment hostage.
I have yet to recieve a loan and he is refusing to get my money back to me. Since I've given him this money I have lost my home, my kids, my rental property, and spent the majority of 2022 living in my car.
On several occasions he has informed me he has recieved large sums of money through loans. One of which was 3.5 million and another was 100 million in stocks to use as collateral. Despite this I still haven't recieved my loan or my money.
