Was looking for an internet accelerator & came across PGWare's 'Throttle', which I purchased (twice, thinking I'd made some mistake, for verification). I contacted them several times by their site e-mail without any response after 4 days of paying for product. Tried calling them but only received an automated call offering several products 877-474-9273 & a fax # 815-425-8539. I've received nothing back.
