Pima Heart Center Safford Arizona Refused to give me my appointment date and time;

Since 8:00 a.m. I have been calling and been placed on 6 hours (on hold) and got to the point where I pressed number two where there's doctor's office is supposed to call the patient back? You will die before they call you back (which they never do) so all day long And Absolutely No contact from Pima Heart center and I do not know when my appointment is; and if you miss your appointment because they are incompetent and will not answer their phones and it says on the answering machine that they are extremely busy? No they are not busy because I drove by the doctor's office and there was not 1- patient in the office (so they need to fix their answer machine tape) that states that they are extremely busy (because they are not busy) they do not have any patience in the office and they have the door locked and they still cannot return calls even though 4- women are walking around clueless this shows you how incompetent This Heart Center is.
