Pioneer Finance LLC Failed to return deposit money Baltimore Maryland

Warning about Pioneer Finance LLC loan rip of scheme.

 Please be advised dealing with Pioneer Finance LLC is going to cost you.  This so called firm says they will get you a loan.   Asked what the cost was they said that the only cost was a deposit of ½ of percent of the amount of the loan.   Asked a second time and was told the same and that the deposit was fully refundable.  Even sent letter saying so. 

However when they sent the loan papers and papers where return a message came back the now the client would need to send in another 21,000 as a security deposit.  So lie number 1.   The client said that they would only do so if the company went thru a know title company so as everyone was protected.

Of course Pioneer Finance LLC say no they would know do so, so the client said ok, take the deposit from the loan proceeds and again told no, can’t do that.  The client said no and asked for a return of the deposit money.  Now Pioneer Finance says they have to pay a termination fee of 21,000 dollars before they can get the deposit back.   Claimed that the loan was already done, but of course the client didn’t have the money, so no way the loan was done.  Even used a cloned bank website to make it look good.

At the end of the situation the client lost all of the money.   All of this is documented .   

They look for their marks on Linkedin and would assume other social media under the private lender section.  Do not under any circumstances send them any money if you don’t want to lose it.  

As of this date they are using the name James Bonadies, and have used Brandon Keenon
