plasim homes avi zalman stole deposits, suing us in court for money to repair las vegas Nevada

Anyone who is viewing Yonie Court or any of Plasim Homes properties should read this first.  Run, don't walk away from this company.

Moved into Yonie Court  8 years ago.  Deficits were not fixed, someone had moved out after 3 months and they were not spending money to paint or make repairs.  Built in 2005, there was chipped paint, missing baseboards, faulty construction, loose railings, rotting balcony flooring, faulty electrical wiring, missing tile grout both inside and outside home, missing tile grout  pool and spa, cracked tiles inside home and stairways, cracked and missing tiles pool and spa, missing tiles garage exterior, pigeon and rat infestations, cracked windows, eroded sealing around windows and doors,  Had not been painted or repaired since construction?

Many complaints, would not do repairs, held our deposit to do repairs, suing us for money for repairs.  Has done this to every renter and still has not upkept property.
