Plugin Alliance, llc Plugin alliance Paid for plugin, three months now, can’t activate, won’t fix, won’t refund Santa Cruz California

I've purchased and paid in full for plug-ins from PlugIn Alliance Rip. They worked during the demo. And then never worked again, I contacted them numerous times for three months follow. Their instructions, have proof that their instructions did not work, sent them proof, and yet still, they never answer the phone, they don't return emails for weeks at a time, and I have not received a refund, they're just not worth dealing with. Terrible company when you create music you have to do certain things with plug-ins. And by them delaying on it you set a song up with their plug-ins and then find out later on it doesn't work and you can't readjust because what you paid, for it doesn't work, totally unprofessional by them to not stand behind their products and services  and rip off artists
