I bought a portion Pro theater, that was very expensive by the way. My cat tag that was given in the purchase box will not register and the tag on the manual was a totally different tag. I did the troubleshooting that was in the manual.

I called the number provided as the information online states: for prompt assistance to call this number. The recording stated due to Covid they have no one to take my car, then it stated to use the email for further assistance and they may call you back.
