Power Home Remodeling group Replace windows all through my house. Chester Pennsylvania

I needed windows that would keep me from climbing out on the roof to clean windows. This company came around knocking on doors and also calling on the phone.  Power Windows stated that I would be able to clean the outside of my windows from the inside of the house, so my husband set up a time for them to come to the house and demonstrate their window.  We decided that their window would be good for me and that the window would keep me from climbing out of the window onto the roof to clean the other windows.  

My husband decided to go with Power Windows, and we signed the papers to have them installed.  Little did we know that it would be the biggest mistake we had ever made for our home.   

On a cold and windy day, you can feel the cold air coming in through the windows, not to mention the fact that I can't clean the windows because the dirt is between the panels of the windows.  I cry every time I look at my kitchen window I can't see out of that window because the dirt between the panels is so thick.  Cleaning one of the windows in my living room the spring popped out, and another window's lock broke off so I can't lock that window.  Power Windows charged me $12,000.00 for the windows that were financed through Wells Fargo, with Interest, and they are the worst windows.  My husband passed away last year and I don't really understand the contract that we signed.  The contract talks a lot about arbitration.  I need some decent windows in my house, and I don't know what to do.  

Is there anyone else that has had a problem with Power Remodeling Group?  I would like to know.
