I provided you with a photo of the tag on the mattress that proves that the mattress was manufactured in 2017 and sold in 2018. Four years does not make our mattress an old mattress. I guess that you may be a professional at what you have done to others as they have done to you.

I am requesting fair repayment for the damages that has been done to us and our new home and furniture. If the photos did not come through, please let me know and I will resend. I provided our cost on the KING BEAUTY REST BLACK HYBRID PLUS MATTRESS, you won't even admit that you and your workers tore the carrying/lifting handle on the heavy mattress. We paid to have professionals to deliver the mattress and power system. This was one my reasons for hiring POWER MOVING.

I need $1090 in damages total; I will pay someone to come and fix the damages to the walls and I will order new legs. Legs was added to support the weight and you failed to even replace all the legs that came off or that was taken off by POWER MOVERS. GOD KNOWS ALL and ALL I want is to recover the damages that POWER MOVING HAS CAUSED. We had NO ISSUES WITH PAINT DAMAGES to our new home.

WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH OUR KING MATTRESS OR ANY SOFA OR LOVESEAT until POWER MOVING came in to our lives on September 22, 2021.        Just let us know what you need and we can go from there.        

We need half the value of the less than 5-year-old mattress that cost us $2180.00 that was damaged on 9-22-21 during moving into our new GOD BLESSED HOME!!!. $1090 is just a portion of our total damages. I have sent you all of our receipts and proof of purchase.
