Powerstroke Performance Beware of Powerstroke Performance No Estimate of Repairs ! Shoddy Repair, poor Customer Service , Stupidity ! Las Vegas Nevada

I've been taking My 2008 F-450 6.4 and 2000 7.3 for the last 2 years and have spent over 30k at this place. Initially I was very satisfied with their service, attention to detail and their pricing was much better then a Ford dealer but all of that that has changed ! They lost a loyal customer yesterday! After they installed my heavy duty torque converter the truck leaked oil all over our new driveway pavers! They didn't tighten the line properly ! They didn't offer to fix my driveway stains either ! When I spent $10,000 to have my suspension upgraded to handle my massive truck camper the alignment was done wrong with the steering wheel 30 degrees off from center and it pulls hard to the right! A reputable shop would have test drove my truck and sent it back to the alignment shop to get it right! My Toyo tires cost me $600 each!' The bottom line is they don't care ! My 6.4 gets new paint chips every time they work on it ! I had them install auxiliary driving lights that use the hood hinges for mounting. The mechanic used my fenders for storage and gave me multiple paint chips where he worked! A reputable shop uses padded fender covers if they care about their customer's cars! 

Adrian is a pleasure to deal with but the office staff is deplorable. On February 3rd, 2023 I dropped off my 7.3 to get an oil leak diagnosed and to have a block heater installed. This truck is based in our Utah property and I planned on driving it back today ~when I picked up the truck. I called and spoke to Wes 7 times asking for an estimate of repairs. He kept on promising me to send the estimate but never did! Under Nevada law (NRS 487.6871), I have the right to receive a written estimate for the repairs to my vehicle if they exceed $50. Powerstroke Performance refused to give me an estimate for repairs and to my shock I was stuck with an $1866.59 bill. 

Additionally, to my surprise the block heater was still in the box in the truck when I picked it up! When I confronted Wes & Adrian about  this yesterday, Wes acted dumb but the look on his face was very obvious to anyone who can spot a liar and a man of zero integrity and character! Wes is a complete idiot and is the "Brother in Law" who's main job is answering the phone and running errands for the shop. He has zero technical expertise and zero common sense so beware of this idiot if you decide to take your truck here! 

As an exemplar of Wes's stupidity, when I came to pick up my 6.4 he told me he locked the keys in the truck! Who would do such a thing? I had to spend $100 on Uber charges to go get a spare set of keys ! Powerstroke didn't offer to pay for my Uber or drive me back to get my keys! 

They raised their shop rate 50 percent but didn't bother to mention that to me! 

This place used to be a good deal but their quality control, customer service and overall attitude sucks. Your truck will spend weeks outside so don't expect it to be clean when you pick it up! Doesn't matter how much you spend they won't spend $50 to have it washed ! 

I'm done with Powerstroke and will be filing a SBA & criminal complaint against them for refusing to abide by NV law. 

BEWARE! These guys are amateurs pretending to be professionals. This shop is a pigsty and smells like a junkyard! They will treat your truck exactly how they treat their own shop! CARELESSLY!

My 7.3 STILL LEAKS OIL SO THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T LEAK CHECK IT!
