This company is a nightmare to work with.
A couple of months back, my wife ordered something from them. Realizing she made a mistake, she waned to return the items for a full refund. I had to write three times before they aknowledged it. They said they couldnt issue the refund until I had a RMA number. It took some time to get that and we mailed everything back right away. Weeks later, I had to conact them for the 9th time. Then they say hey need a tracking number. They didn't tell me that and it had been weeks since they received the package.
Today, they are again in denial. They have both their product and my money.
