Prime Locations - PLI Managment is the absolute WORST management company that exists. Very slow to respond to repair requests. Sometimes requests for repairs are ignored repeatedly allowing your unit to be damaged. If you complain to the authorities, they will add 'legal fees' to your account and possibly accuse you of defaulting on your lease. They work in tandem with a HORRIBLE law firm called SMITH BUSS & JACOBS who are actually owners of the building where Prime Locations has their office. As a commercial landlord and tenant, they invent fake defaults of your lease to charge you hundreds / thousands in legal fees. One of the attorneys at SMITH BUSS & JACOBS, Domenick Tammaro, represented a cooperative for months while is NY court credentials were delinquent. They are nasty and will take revenge on those who speak up against their lousy service. Read all of the reviews of these companies on Yelp and Google. The president of this company is David Amster.
