Pro Disposal destroyed my 77-year-old mother's front driveway, side yard and front garden while picking up a dumpster. This was not simple error--the truck clearly backed up and forward multiple times causing multiple 6" ruts more than 30 feet long, dragging gravel and crushing multiple railroad ties.
Representative Ken refuses to return calls or texts even after I sent multiple photos clearly identifying the extensive damage and contacted four times. He will not let me talk to a manager, saying they will call back. I have not heard a thing. I did not sign a waiver of any sort.
I would not recommend them for any work--cheated my mother out of $550, now has not responded to multiple texts and four telephone messages.

"Destroyed" is a pretty strong word. They left some ruts in a dirt driveway and a mud patch that you are apparently calling a "garden". I'm not sure how exactly you expect a garbage truck to load and unload a heavy dumpster without leaving ruts in dirt. And yes, trucks have to back up and turn around when they are in a tight residential driveway. They haven't invented trucks that hover yet. The property looks like a run-down, dilapidated dump, anyway. You sound like a Karen who just wants to get service for free by making up BS and claiming damages where none exist. I'm sure the company will just tell you to pound sand.
