July 30, 2022 I purchased a Ponderosa Stock Trailer, at an estate auction held by ************************************************, ***************************************************************** ( License #************** I paid for the trailer, the only receipt I got was a Buyer Statement, but, I did not receive a Title for the trailer. The purchase price was $4500.00, plus Auction fee and sales tax at .07%.I called **************** on Monday August 1, 2022. I ask for a title, and was told that he was going to talk with the person who he sold the trailer for, and at this point, I still don't have a title.I have called numerous times, still no response or no title.I would like either to get the title or get my money back, plus, auction fee, and sales tax @.07%.

Many nice, large furniture items in the sale were missing after the sale, and owner could not account for them. Professional Estate Sales held an estate sale for me. I had a houseful of furniture and items. I live out of town now. After the sale, which did not go well, Jonathan sent me a list of items that were sold. He said the sale was a disaster. I looked at the list, and most of the nicest furniture items were not on the list. I told him not to remove any items from the house, yet he had already done that without permission. I contacted Jonathan and asked what happened to the items, and he said he would have to look into it and ask his employee who ran the sale. I am still waiting to hear back from him. He also had not returned the house key in a timely manner. At this point, I consider the additional items stolen and will file a police report.

I have never received a complete summary of the items sold by Professional Estate Sales at my home at ** ******* Lake ****** ********* *** On Friday Nov. 29 thru Dec. 1, 2019 Professional Estate Sales held a sale at my home at ** ******* Lake ****** ********* *** 30126. They have not provided me with a list of items sold and the prices they received from the sales. They sent me a check for $5,000. with sketchy information on what was sold. I have asked for a full acounting of the sales but they say they sent me the sales slips but I never received them. I have asked for copies of the sales slips and they have not complied with my request for a full accounting of the sales. I gave them over $15,000 worth of househlod items to sell.
