I had cards graded by them and spent $600. They sent a fedex package back to the wrong address, which were returned to them. Now i cannot get in touch with anyone at the company via email or phone. Evidently this is a common scam they perform to keep cards for themselves. Many bad reviews online. Wish i would have known this ahead of time. They are THE authority for grading so it is a monopoly.
