I purchase a couch last year and i purchase a protection plan with this company. My couch broke and I submitted a claim to have it fixed. My claim was approved by the attached copy about a three months ago. We were told that a technician will contact us with in 15 days to schedule a repair date. That was four weeks ago. I called and emailed the company at least 20 times. Now they are saying that they are waiting to see if they can get the part. If they can't get the part, they said they will replace the couch. That was a month ago.
