Both Tom the dispatcher, and Alexandra Burkova the owner don't seem to know what they are doing. They send out their truck to pick up a vehicle without first properly measuring the inside dimensions of their enclosed trailer. Of course, when it didn't fit, they blamed everyone but themselves for the error. Irresponsible morons.

In my opinion, they behave in a duplicitous manner and this only serves to further tarnish the image of Russians after they mercilessly attacked Ukraine. Shame on these people as they give all carriers a bad name and waste brokers' precious time. NATO will eventually teach the Putin-loving Russians a lesson that they will never forget.
