My daughter went in for a full set of acrylics. The guy doing her nails cut her open on every finger. I called and the owner says it was an accident and that sometimes they cut people open. I told her that was unacceptable and I would be coming in tomorrow to speak with her and to get an apology for my daughter and her hard-earned money back.
She said she will not refund her unless my daughter soaks her cut fingers in acetone and they take her nails off. This would hurt her seeing that he cut one EVERY finger on her hand.
I told her she will not be placing my daughter's cut-open finger in acetone and she hung up on me.
Tried calling back and she won't answer the call.
We are taking photos and documenting this just in case she gets an infection now.
My daughter's card is showing the salon added an extra tip after she paid. We are calling the bank.
Beware and stay far far away from this place at all costs.
