In September of 2022, I paid Brenda Pruett Baker who owns "Over the Rainbow Kennel and Pet Service" a $700 cash deposit and received a written receipt for proof of payment toward the purchase of two hairless chihuahua puppies.
The puppies were supposed to have been ready the end of November but Brenda Pruett Baker didn’t respond when I was trying to schedule a pick up. She finally answered the phone on December 1, 2022, and stated that all of the puppies had all died from parvo.
She assured me that she would refund my money but never send any refund and in January, I even offered to accept payments which she said she would send but never did. She ghosted me after that.

The issue has been completely resolved!!
I am the author of the complaint and I would like to state that Brenda Baker of Over the Rainbow Kennel & nbsp;has went above and beyond to rectify this situation and she has fully & nbsp;refunded the money that was owed. Also, I can attest to the quality of her b puppies sinceI am now the proud owner of one of her beautiful babies (an absolutely gorgeous little girl who is not only very well-socialized, but also incredibly intelligent and totally healthy). She is simply perfect in every way.
What happened between she and I was the result of a personal trauma that was completely out of her control. now that I understand the circumstances, and given the way she has handled this situation, I can honestly say that I would without hesitation & nbsp;recommend her as an honest and ethical breeder and I do hope to adopt another one of her babies in the near future.
Thank you so much Brenda for working so hard to repair my trust.
