Rajesh Kranti Gupta "Anonymous" Internet Cyberbullies Found Guilty of Defamation and Judgment Entered Against them for Over $10 Million Newport Beach California

On June 6, 2023, after four long years of litigation, justice was finally served.  The Court entered judgment against Rajesh Kranti Gupta and Sarita Gupta, as Trustee of the 1996 Rajesh Kranti Gupta Family Irrevocable Trust dated August 15, 1996 -- the previous  “anonymous” cyberbullies -- for $5,000,000 in compensatory damages, another $5,000,000 in punitive damages, and costs for a grand total of $10,009,895.41. Defendants Rajesh Kranti Gupta and Sarita Gupta, as Trustee of the 1996 Rajesh Kranti Gupta Family Irrevocable Trust dated August 15, 1996, are now jointly and severally liable for over $10 million with interest running at 10% per annum on the unpaid balance, or approximately $83,415 per month.  Attached is a copy of the Judgment against the Guptas.  Mark Adams and Julie Thornton-Adams’ collection attorneys are now in the process of seizing the Guptas’ assets.
