The Cheerleading School from HELL!!!

My daughter started Rams all star cheer school in the spring of 2023 and we have always paid our bills on time. Recently the mother of Merri Morrell of Rams all star cheer screamed at my daughter as soon as she walked into her class. She stated that we never paid for the cheer gear back in June.  I don’t know why she got my daughter upset and had to get her involved in payment issues.  This is completely unethical to scream at children about financial issues. She should of just told her that she wanted to speak to her parents.

I finally was able to speak to Merri Morrel’s mother of Rams All Star Cheer about this issue and informed her that I remember that we made the $200 payment. Instead she gave me al lot of attitude  and said she had no record of any payment and asked me if I had that little payment receipt that they give you after making CASH payments.  I said no.  She told me since I have no receipt I owe them the $200 with a lot of aggression.  I did not expect this type of behavior.  This was not the first time this happened that I always get questioned and have to prove to them that I paid.  She made me feel like I am a thief and am trying to steal $200 from them. Since I have been doing accounting work for over 20 years I told her that her Bookkeeping system is flawed because their is no audit trail for cash. This means that if you don’t have a receipt you are out of luck because you can’t prove anything since the transaction was made in cash. 

Luckily for me the payment for the cheer gear was made via Venmo and I was able to prove that we did pay for the cheer gear.

A few days later later I got called into Merri Morrell’s office of Rams all star cheer and she told me that she is throwing out my daughter from her school because of the verbal abuse I gave to her mother a few days ago.  She could not send me an email or simply give me a call.  Instead she made me come down there only to throw me out.   This just shows what kind of low and mentally unstable person she is. I told her we just had a disagreement and she was wrong because I proved it to her.  No apologies of course that they screamed at my daughter and myself and accusing us of not paying.  Merri told me that I could leave the school now or wait until my daughter finished her class.  I informed her that I will wait until my daughter finished her class and then will leave for good.   When I asked her about why she got my daughter involved with the financial issues she told me to “get out of here” and I told her she has a lot of attitude.

Merri Morrell of Rams all star cheer is the most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with..  On top of that she has to deal with children.  My daughter was terrified of her because she screams at children and is very abusive towards them. The kids are crying after her screaming and she just walks away. Absolutely unacceptable behavior working with young girls like this!  Her ego is more important than keeping her customers happy.   Merri Morell of Rams all Star Cheer made me take my daughter to her class just to tell me she is throwing her out of school without giving any reason.  She still owes me some money for private classes that I prepaid for.    

Don’t trust their bookkeeping because they were wrong about my payments and they will probably be wrong about yours.  Their is no air conditioning in the gym so be prepared to sweat.  Merry Morrell of Rams All Star Cheer even made a comment why my daughter came to her class 20 minutes early to wait in the waiting area.  It seems that she makes a big deal out of everything and anything.  She has a lot of anger issues and is a very mentally unstable person. God forbid to ask her any questions because she will make you feel demeaned for asking her anything.  I would not trust my children around her anymore after what I experienced from her.  When she gave me my money back for the tuition that I paid ahead she was not even able to compute the correct amount.  Another proof of how bad their bookkeeping is.  

I also feel bad for all of the girls that she has in her classes currently because even though they are passionate about cheer now one day they will not have it anymore.  All of the steaming and strictness that they received during their time at Rams will deplete them of their confidence.   Confidence is very  important to have now because it is an extremely competitive and tough world that we live in currently.   Merri Morrell will probably take away the children’s confidence and make their character weak.  

Their are a lot of bad reviews about RAMS ALL STAR CHEER if you look it up on Google and they pretty much all say the same things.   I just wish I would have paid more attention to them before signing up.
