Rebecca regularly enters tennants property without notice, she referrs to impoverished tennants as "riff raff and needing to get them out of here", she regularly threatens tennants with eviction, during the past year she has purchased Highland Acres Apartments she has ripped off tennants on deposits using a variety of scams to keep the money for her own gain, and using it to reinvest in other property she owns Rebecca Weilage The Whole Operation Is A Scam!
