I had called over a year ago to find out about the services. Never was given a call back. Close to a year later I received an unsolicited sms from this company. Which led to me purchasing their service. After about 6 months I never used the service and asked to cancel my contract which in the contract it states I can cancel. It also states "A cancelation charge equal or greater of $1,000 or 50 percent (50%) of the members last purchased plan points" would be charged. Which means I'd be refunded $1,272 (50% of my paid price). After speaking with some employees they denied this fact and said they don't give refunds. I spoke with a manager by the name of Joe Holbrook, who also said the same thing. He said I was threatening them, and that he had never had anyone bring this part of the contract up. He also states that I threatened his employees, or so they claimed. I have the calls recorded all of them... No threat was ever made. Just because no one has actually read your contract and tried to have it honored doesn't mean it's not valid. He said he would speak with his lawyers and get back to me in 2-3 days. In 4 days he got back to me telling me he was going on vacation for 2 weeks. It's now 4 weeks later and still no response. I called today to see if he was in but I was told he wasn't. I have spoke with a lawyer who also says I'm correct, and has advised me to take legal action if they do not comply with their own contract. Stay away from this company they prey upon people who they think they can take advantage of with their vauge contracts, and do not honor their own words. I will continue to update this review as new info comes in, whether that is good or bad. AVOID THIS PREDATORY COMPANY.
