We've had an ongoing billing issue with our account the account rep Maria Lemus is unresponsive for months. The contact number provided on the website 254-687-2456 817-317-2000doesn't work either. We've outlined provisions with in the contract that are contrary to what she is trying to self impose.
We've asked to speak with a supervisor for which she will not provide a supervisors name or have a supervisor contact us back. I've requested the contact info for a representative in the legal department again she will not provide contact information.
Pick another company for service that's responsive to billing and service issues, our only option at this point is to file a small claims suit to get there attention.
