Richard Hollis his companies and associates have a long history of scams. They rack up 6 figure bills for services rendered and do not pay.  They have a long history of this scam and frequently change company names to try to avoid detection. 

My experience unfortunately is not unique. I have met many business owners in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas that have been burned by this man and his associates. Mr. Hollis contracted our firm to supply advertising and marketing services they racked up a high 6 figure number and although they made many promises they never paid.

Google this company and you will see a number of companies have sued them for this as well as other unlawful acts.  The most recent company Holonis (holonis.com) seems to be down as does the IOS App. I'm sure they will pop up again under a different name, they always do.  If you run across these individuals run for the hills they are as shady as they come.
