Ride Auto represented the car I bought as having a "clean" title.
Went to look at the car, made note of the amatuer job of trying to hide quite a bit of rust, I was okay with it.
Paid a deposit on a Saturday, but, could not withdraw cash from bank as it was closed.
Returned later in the week to pick up the car, in a hurry, could not understand why they were airing up all the tires.
When I got home, I noticed a dent that was not there when I first inspected the car and paid a deposit. Called them - they said they have photos of the car and the auction house's condition report that noted the dent.
The interior was detailed, rust spray painted over, but a flat tire was not fixed prior to sale. Spend hundreds to detail the interior but don't fix a simple flat?
The next day I went to a tire shop to fix the flat since I had to pull a boat 400 miles the next day (told Ride Auto pulling a boat was the only reason I needed this SUV).
On the way to the tire shop, started to set up the systems, found that the blindside indicators had both been turned off.
At the tire shop, I learned the tire did not have a leak - THREE rims were cracked!!!
They did not have rims in stock to fit the tires presently on the car - I had to leave in 12 hours to pull a boat and it was 5pm on a Friday.
Only rims they had were a different diameter size so I had to buy new tires as well --- $2,000!!!
Requested a copy of the condition report from auction house they claimed to have and to see the photos of the damage they claimed to have -- crickets -- no response -- TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Apparently, you don't have any clue as to who the BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY is! After all, they go to great lengths in their planned deception of the American public! So then...let's have school, shall we? The BBB and all their BS is most definitely NOT part of ANY government entity. The BBB and all their PHONEY BALONEY is most definitely NOT part of ANY law enforcement body. The BBB, with all their DELIBERATE DECEPTION, has absolutely, positively ZERO POWER to enforce ANY business laws nor force ANY business to do ANYTHING! Understand that. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and all their BS is to SELL their FAKE RATINGS and their FAKE ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which is willing to pay the price! The BBB-BS is a "PAY FOR PLAY" con-game. What they will do with your "complaint", is to use it as a SALES LEAD to try to badger this merchant to BUY their "A+" PHONEY RATING. The BBB-BS is most definitely NOT YOUR FRIEND. Anybody who's been in business for just five minutes knows the full story of the BBB-BS and their con-game!

Was the title actually clean (no total loss records)? If so, it is up to YOU to have the vehicle inspected. Used car dealers will tell you it's made of gold if it helps sell it. Chalk this one up to learning a valuable lesson.
