Do NOT trust Kathleen Downs, Senior Recruiting manager at Robert Half. Her demeanor and professional ethics are manipulative. Her only concern is to advance her personal career and promote her facade. Since the 1990s, she has changed her name once a decade: first Cathy, then Kathy, then Kathrine, now Kathleen.

Her outdated public photo is from the year 2000, not 2020. Her LinkedIn profile claims she lived in Europe and has fluency in German. No, she does not speak German nor any foreign language. She still has problems writing with proper English grammar and correct sentence structure.
