Ashley Paige Huyser DOB (((REDACTED)))1986, Was the sole propierter of Rochester Construction Remodeling LLC from 03/09/2017-03/21/2020. 

Ashley Paige Huyser refused to tend to 99% of her responsibilities running the business. September of 2018 Ashley decided to sell her home. As a subcontractor myself, and the guys that worked for me used resources intended for homeowners projects to complete the home for closing. She had promised to pay back the company funds once sold, but never did.

This was the start of her taking customer funds intended for customers home projects, to be used on supporting her, and boyfriend at the time Timothy J Thornton II DOB (((REDACTED)))1988 lifestyle. On 08/30/2019 there were two cash deductions of $1,7000.00, and $800.00, there are never cash deductions.

When this discovered, and confornted. She claimed she needed it for a down payment for her, and Timothy J Thornton II home, and truck. Even I stressed that the money needed for the homeowners project. She informed me that Timothy J Thornton II, wasn't working but needed a new truck.

She again promised to repay the money, but never did. Timothy J Thornton II worked at Texas Road House, Newts, and other short term employment. Timothy J Thornton II was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct-3rd Degree-Victim 13-15 Actor >24 months older. Case number: 16-CR-08-266 

This individual was not supposed to be in contact with women under the age of 18 without probation permission. Yet Ashley Paige Huyser had this individual work on a basement remodel on February 2020 , where the homeowners had 2 young daughters. The worst part of this was once the pandemic started, on March 21st, 2020. Ashley Paige Huyser and Timothy J Thornton II completely closed everything. Kept the homeowners funds, shut off the phone, email, no refunds, nothings. 

They also stole over $25,000.00 in tools from a subcontractor. When attempting to get tools back, she quit accepting calls, or texts. Has continually lied to police about the tools, as none were personally owned by her. Or the company. She has no receipts for any of those things, and again kept the money the homeowners paid, and never paid back the funds taken from previous projects.
